
Our farm
AzProtein Foods Group bulls are raised at a farm in Yalama with optimal conditions that have been meticulously cultivated to ensure the highest standards for the rearing of robust and healthy bulls. Feeding and health control of the calves are carried out by veterinaries and quality assurance team of AzProtein Foods Group during 24 hours until the time of slaughtering. Identification numbers are given out to all calves with tags fastened to their ears, all information on the calf is easily followed that way.

Slaughter House
Approximately at 12 months of age calves weighting 400-600 kg are sent to slaughtering and the result is 200-300 kg of meat. Legal documentation and stamping procedures necessary for the control are implemented. Meat is brought to the meat stripping department for the control of weight, color, heating, pH, fatness and rating

Laboratory
Laboratory workers daily analyze the tissues of the calves brought to the slaughter house. All products produced by AzProtein Foods Group have laboratory reference and a certificate on the implementation of the veterinary-sanitary examination and on the eligibility of product for food

Biodefence
Strict hygienic norms relevant to the international standarts are applied in the company.Inventory, equipment, and all work areas are disinfected severeal times a day.Personnel work in a special sanitized uniform and are disinfected before starting the work.

Technologies
Azprotein Foods Group has applied a unique software in the production, which was used for the first time in Azerbaijan. Software registers each passage of the raw material and product in all stages, from bringing the cattle to the farm till the fully developed product at its last stage. Each operation and product is given an identification number and as a result, the number is integrated to the barcode and the product is put on sale. Number provides the information on the history and calf breed of each product and provides consumers with an assurance of quality of the product.

Development
The management of the company participates in internation exhibitions of agriculture, production and packaging technologies of meat products. As a result – advanced internation practice and technologlies are applied in production.

Customer base
The company's customer base consists of 250 points: restaurants, hotels, retail and catering, and covers the biggest restaurants in the country and many international hotel chains.
